Sending PM's

Sending of Private Messages is goofy. No question about it.
Some testing has proven that to send a message initially, you need to hit the "submit" button twice.
The first time you hit it it brings up the preview window, then when you hit it again, it actually sends the message.
To reply to a message, you only need to hit "submit" once, and away it goes.
WTF is that?
I don't know. Is there something wrong with a "send" button? 
So, I made this post to let you know, instead of wondering what the heck happened, and why you don't see your message in the outbox, or sent box after you hit the "submit" button... wondering what the heck that means.
